Josie Sacino

It is a rare day when Josie’s ear isn’t glued to a phone for eight hours straight taking calls. Fortunately for all, except Josie, she works into the night and is typically the last to leave to stay on track.

Josie maintains this terribly good work ethic and her sanity by engaging in various exhilarating recreational activities in her spare time such as cryptic cross-words, pruning her garden to within an inch of its life, developing controversial conspiracy theories (9/11, just saying) and consuming the recommended daily limit of red wine (for its medicinal health benefits).

Select Experience:

Conducted numerous matrimonial/de facto property and child matters, primarily resulting in agreed settlements but including, where necessary, taking the matter to trial in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Josie has a particular interest and experience in property transactions, including contractual disputes.

The primary objective of all matters that Josie undertakes is to resolve them in the timeliest and most cost effective manner possible.
